Who we are

What data we collect

• When you use the enquiry form or checkout: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, billing address, and the details of the engagement or order you submit.
• When you place an order: the package(s) purchased, billing cycle, and order reference. The checkout is currently a test-mode mock — no card number, expiry or CVC is ever stored, logged or transmitted to us or to any third party.
• When you browse the site: standard web analytics data collected via Google Analytics 4 — but only after you consent (pages viewed, approximate location at country/city level, device and browser type, referral source). No analytics cookie is set before consent.

Why we process it (lawful bases)

• Contract performance — to deliver an SEO engagement you've purchased, or to respond to a request you've made.
• Consent — for analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4), which you can withdraw at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
• Legitimate interest — to respond to enquiries, prevent fraud and spam on our forms, and keep basic records of correspondence.
• Legal obligation — to keep invoicing and accounting records as required under Portuguese tax law.

How long we keep it

• Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted.
• Order and invoice data is retained for the period required under Portuguese tax and accounting law.
• Analytics data is retained according to the retention window configured in Google Analytics 4, and only exists at all once you've consented to it.

Who we share it with

• Our hosting provider, to serve the site.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), only after you consent to analytics cookies — this may involve a transfer of data outside the EEA, for which Google's standard contractual safeguards apply.
• The form/enquiry service that delivers your submission: by default this is your own email client via a mailto: link to support@seobypros.com (no third party involved); if a third-party form endpoint is enabled, its name and privacy terms will be disclosed here.
• A payment provider, once a live payment integration replaces the current test-mode mock — this policy will be updated with the provider's name before that happens.

We do not sell personal data to anyone, for any purpose.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. To exercise any of these rights, email support@seobypros.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Portugal's data protection authority, the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).

Security

The site is served as a static, pre-built application with no server-side database of submissions; reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect the data we do hold. No payment card data is stored, logged or transmitted by us at any point.

Children

This site is directed at businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes materially.
