No — all prices shown are ex-IVA. Portugal’s 23% IVA is added as a visible line at checkout.

Q2 What’s the minimum commitment on a retainer?

3 months initially, then it rolls monthly. Cancel any time after that with 30 days’ written notice.

Q3 Can I switch between retainer tiers?

Yes, at any monthly renewal — tell us and the next billing cycle reflects the new tier.

Q4 Is the Audit & Roadmap fee separate from a retainer, or does it count toward one?

It’s priced and delivered as complete, standalone work. If you move to a retainer afterwards, the roadmap becomes that engagement’s starting brief.

Q5 What happens if I want to cancel a one-off sprint or audit mid-way?

One-off engagements aren’t a subscription, so the 30-day notice period doesn’t apply — see the Refund Policy for how EU withdrawal rights and work-already-started are handled.
